While I like the new social media widget, I have a lot more sites that I need icons for. I can understand that perhaps you feel it’s, a conflict for you to use a MySpace, ReverbNation or iTunes icon, but it’s not helpful to the musician who is on all of these sites. I now have two “Connect with Me” sections — some of your icons used, and some of my own — and it looks silly.

Will you consider adding a lot more of the icons and letting us choose which we need?

Also, any chance you can remove the requirement for the text header for the widget? Saying “Connect with Me” is unneeded text when all someone has to do is click on the icon.

  • Hi BHSLC,

Thanks for the feedback. This is just the first iteration of the social media widget. We plan to expand it. I’ll submit your suggestions for consideration,

Do the widgets appear on every page? I want it to appear only on the Home page and on Contact Us. Thanks!

  • The widgets appear on every page–so yes. But you can embed buttons on a single page by just uploading the images and linking them.
